Purpose of Care
The purpose of care at LDSC is to provide you with high-quality dental services in a safe and comfortable environment. We strive to improve and maintain your oral health and provide you with the information and resources necessary to make informed decisions about your dental care.
Appointments and Cancellations
We request that you arrive on time for your appointments and inform us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee if you do not provide sufficient notice.
Payment and Insurance
We accept payment by cash, bank transfer and credit/debit card. We work alongside Tabeo to offer 0% finance for all treatment over £1000. This is subject to approval. Speak to a member of the reception team to find out more.
Treatment Plans and Costs
We will provide you with a written treatment plan and estimate of costs before we begin any dental work. We will inform you of any changes to the treatment plan and the estimated cost before proceeding with the work.
Responsibility for Dental Work
We will perform dental work to the best of our ability using the latest techniques and materials. However, dental work can involve some risks and uncertainties, and we cannot guarantee the results or longevity of the work. We will inform you of any risks and uncertainties associated with your dental work before proceeding.
Privacy and Confidentiality
We take your privacy seriously and will protect your personal and health information in accordance with our Privacy Notice. We will not disclose your personal or health information to anyone without your written consent, except as required by law.
Limitation of Liability
We will not be liable for any damages arising from the provision of dental services or from any other cause, except as required by law.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from your dental care at LDSC will be resolved through informal negotiation or, if necessary, through arbitration or other means of alternative dispute resolution.
Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Notice, constitute the entire agreement between you and LDSC Dental Practice with respect to your dental care, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, whether written or oral, between you and us.
